The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, commonly referred to as CDM 2015, places roles and responsibilities on 6 key stakeholders.
However, the main focus and responsibility lay at the Clients feet, ensuring that the Client maintains health and safety before (conception/pre-construction), during (construction phase) and after a construction project completes (post construction).
